Kristy Medo is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 17 years experience providing professional massage therapy. She is happy to suit the needs and collaborative treatment plans of each individual client using a variety of eastern and western modalities, integrated with her own varied pressure and techniques learned through developing strength and conditioning programs for personal training clients of all ages, and body types. She has also worked with clients affected by PTSD, physical injury, prolonged disability.
